Born and raised in California’s Heartland, Justin has spent much of his career helping candidates, elected officials, and organizations communicate with the people they serve.

His introduction to politics came knocking doors for Congressman Jeff Denham’s reelection campaign. Since then, he has managed successful legislative campaigns, served in a California State Assembly district office, developed campaign messaging and media materials, organized volunteers, and designed public-facing communications for candidates working to reach voters and win support.

Currently, Justin develops communications for members of the California State Assembly Republican Caucus, including social media content, e-blasts, messaging guidance, and issue-based outreach materials. His work blends campaign instincts, public affairs strategy, and grassroots experience to help elected officials communicate clearly, credibly, and effectively.

Justin attended Modesto Junior college where he received an associates degree in Political Science.
